Once you have subscribed, you will be billed for your first Unknown Beauty Box. The variation of products you receive will depend on the time and date you subscribe on. If you subscribe on January 1st at 11:59 p.m (AEST) then your first box (inventory allowing) will be the January box. However, if you subscribe on January 2nd at 12:00 a.m (AEST) then your first box will be the Febuary box.
On the day you subscribe to Unknown Beauty, you will be billed for your first box. Your next payment will be automatically debited on the 1st date of the following month, per our subscription terms. Please note, if you subscribe after the cut-off date, you will be billed immediately for the following months box. For example, if you subscribe on the 2nd of January, you will be billed for the February box and your first debit will occur on the 1st of March.
Oh no! We are sad to see you go. Please note you can skip a month/pause your subscription until you're ready to come back. You can do all this through the customer login area. If you have any questions, please feel free to email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
